We are researching the optimal design of gaming applications and other forms of intellectual entertainment that shield users from Alzheimer’s disease by building cognitive reserve and tracking the brain’s functions.

Our aim is to keep the users engaged and satisfied with their experience and at the same time detect the first signs of Alzheimer’s disease earlier, increasing the chances of successful disease management.

Smart Media technology from ATC (2021)

Athens Technology Center is a market leader in Smart Media and Content Management for publishing companies of all sizes. With their expertise, Quixler is now able to tackle a much wider range of deployment challenges and offer its clients new solutions.

Puzzle Content Production business unit (2020)

What is better proof that the software we’re developing is world’s best than using it to produce high quality puzzles? With that in mind we decided to launch the Quixler Puzzle Portfolio website and add delivery of various forms of puzzle content to our offer.

First Investor Onboard (2019)

Our vision and relentless pursuit to make it a reality attracted our first private investor. 700k PLN of funding was added to the pool, making the overall investment figure (independent Quixler project era) close to a 2 million PLN.

Neuropsychology and Cognitive Science (2019)

Having mastered puzzle technology and a good understanding of content digitalization, we began to ponder the idea of a wider, more complex product. We found neuropsychology-based brain fitness industry brimming with life and decided we want to explore its potential. Inviting SWPS University as a scientific partner was a natural choice.

Digital Transformation Business Unit (2018)

Declining sales figures and far too many unsuccessful digitalization efforts – paper publishing was in turmoil. We looked around and started to identify which digitalization efforts had been successful, what was essential, which technologies were used and which trends were transforming the industry.

The Puzzle Reader Concept (2018)

By 2018 most puzzle content publishers had developed their own mobile apps for puzzle solving. Unfortunately the solving experiences offered by the final products were not appealing. It was clear that this is not the ideal way to convert readers to a digital platform. The Puzzle Reader concept was born.

Quixler as an Independent Project (2016)

In September 2016, we began the fully independent development of Quixler Core, an all-inclusive puzzle content production software, with the main focus on modularity, automation and mass production. Throwing the creativity and flexibility into the mix. For good measure.

Multilingual Prototype and the First Concept of the Central Puzzle Factory (2015)

The beginning of the multilingual, international stage of the puzzle project. Lots of discussions around the potential of the global puzzle factory. Even more coding than before and, additionally, some trips to other countries to check things out.

Stable Polish Version of the Puzzle Production System (2015)

After little more than three years of what turned out to be a truly amazing cooperation, the stable Polish version of the world’s most advanced puzzle production system was ready. Our client immediately began to use the software in their everyday operations.

How It All Began (2011)

Our first contract, as a team, was with Phoenix Press, back then a subsidiary company of an international publishing corporation, Bauer Media. Scope: replacing the whole puzzle production software with a new, efficient solution. Great fun right from the start, lots of thinking and clever coding. Result: fastest and most robust puzzle generation algorithms on the planet plus digital asset management system to take care of all the produced content.
